Charity fitness and wellness drive

ORIENT Fitness will be organising the Fitness & Wellness Charity Drive on Nov 5 &  6, from 9.30am to 5.30pm at its p r e m i s e s a t
4th/5th Floor,Lebuhraya Thean Teik, Farlim in Bandar Baru Air Itam.
The charity drive is in aid of D’Home Mental Health Association, Orient Fitness managing director Baby Goh, said at a press conference
chaired by exco f o r Yo u t h & Sports, Women Development, Family & Community, Chong Eng at Komtar on Oct 12.
Also present were chairman of D’Home, Datuk Leslie Lee, its committee member Sally Yeoh, assistant event manager, Arthur Kolandasoo and Penang Sports Council sports officer, Ravi Nehemiah.
Sponsors for the charity drive include Sunquick Malaysia, Everon Racing Enterprise and Active Style.
Goh added that Orient Fitness has taken the initiative to organise the drive to raise public awareness on mental health issues in the community and to promote a healthier lifestyle that includes good physical and mental health through active participation in sports and wholesome activities.
The charity drive is endorsed by the Penang state government and the Penang Sports Council.
Register before Oct 23 as available slots are limited to the first 1,000 participants.
Registration fee is RM35, and payments are to be made by cash to Orient Fitness.
