M SUMMIT Group marked a proud milestone as it celebrated its silver jubilee in grand style at the Setia SPICE Convention Centre, commemorating 25 years of growth, innovation, and care on Oct 17.
The evening brought together employees, business partners, and state leaders in a celebration that not only looked back on the Group’s achievements but also set the stage for its future.

Among the highlights was the launch of the M Summit EduCare Fund, a new initiative designed to provide interest-free study loans and high-achiever awards for staff and their children.
Founder and chairman Datuk Albert Moh See Eng said the fund reflects the Group’s long-term commitment to its people.
“For 25 years, we have built with care.
“Now, through EduCare, we hope to nurture the next generation of achievers within our M Summit family. This is how we build with heart,” he said in his speech during the 25th anniversary celebration.

From its humble beginnings with just two staff members, including Moh himself, M Summit has grown into a thriving organisation of more than 100 employees, spanning property development, construction, hospitality, and community care.
In his heartfelt speech, Moh recalled the company’s early struggles and the values that carried it forward.
“We did not have much, except the belief that if we worked with sincerity, something good would happen. Today, that belief has built not just projects, but lives and dreams,” he added.
He also paid tribute to his late mother, whose values of integrity, care, and heart remain the foundation of the company, and expressed gratitude to his wife, Datin Jennifer, for her sacrifices in the early years.
“Jennifer, thank you. Without you, this journey would have been so much harder. If I am flying today, it is because you are the wind beneath my wings,” he said to warm applause.

The celebration also honoured the Group’s most loyal employees, with long-serving awards presented to Khor Chin Theng, K. Vimala, Noor Izwani Redzuwan, and pioneers Ong Lay Aik and P’ng Kim Eng.
Every staff member received a commemorative 25th Anniversary gift, while the Group’s most trusted collaborators were recognised with the Top 40 Corporate Partner Awards.

State Tourism and Creative Economy Committee chairman Wong Hon Wai, who attended on behalf of Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow, congratulated M Summit on its milestone.
“M Summit’s commitment to excellence and care has not only shaped Penang’s skyline but also uplifted lives.

“We look forward to their continued contributions in housing and hospitality,” Wong said.
Also present during the ceremony were state Agrotechnology, Food Security and Cooperative Development Committee chairman Fahmi Zainol, state Social Development, Welfare, and Non-Islamic Religious Affairs Committee chairman Lim Siew Khim, Komtar assemblyman Teh Lai Heng, Penang Island City Council (MBPP) mayor Datuk A. Rajendran, Balik Pulau MP Datuk Muhammad Bakhtiar Wan Chik, M Summit Group chief executive officer Moh Wei Ren and others.
