ONE lucky participant of the Mighty Red Champ20ns Run 2025 will stand a chance to win a ticket to watch a Liverpool match live at Anfield — the grand prize in the event’s exciting lucky draw.
Organised by the Mighty Red Malaysia Liverpool Supporters Club, the charity run will take place on Aug 17, along the car-free zone of Beach Street, from 7.30am to noon.
One of the event coordinators, Ahmad Faisal Mohd Lazim, said the run celebrates Liverpool’s 20th English Premier League title and aims to promote a healthy lifestyle while raising funds for charity.
“RM5 from every registration will be donated to a local charity home.
“It is open to all football fans — participants can choose to run or walk. The first 500 to register will enjoy a discounted early bird fee of RM49, while the regular fee is RM60,” he said.
Each participant will receive a special edition Liverpool jersey, a replica EPL 2024/25 champion medal, a free light breakfast, and entry into the lucky draw featuring prizes worth over RM8,000.
The grand prize is a ticket to watch Liverpool play at Anfield, while other prizes include original Liverpool and football merchandise.
Ahmad Faisal said the organiser is targeting 1,000 participants.
Registration is open now at Howei.com and will close on July 25. The jersey collection will take place on Aug 16 at The Whiteaways Arcade, Beach Street.
