DELEGATES from the Indian Culture and Arts Association under the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) paid Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow a courtesy visit at his office in Komtar today.
The members were led by the association secretary P. Muthukumar and deputy secretary V. Gopikumar.
Their main intention was to convey their congratulations to Chow on his new appoinment as Penang Chief Minister.
They also presented a bouquet of flowers to Chow as a token of respect and appreciation while congratulating him on his successful first 120 days on the job.
During the visit, Muthukumar thanked the state government for the endless support to their association especially during the Thaipusam festival this year.
