Bunga Tanjong Flat receives approval for maintenance work under TPM80PP

ANOTHER maintenance project via the Penang Maximum 80% Maintenance Fund (TPM80PP) has been approved by the state government.

State Housing, Local Government, Town and Country Planning Committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said the state government would be contributing a total of RM57,760 for the water tank upgrading work at the Bunga Tanjong Flat in Butterworth.

“The total cost of the water tank upgrading project is RM72,000.

“So, the state government, via the TPM80PP, will bear 80% of the cost, which is RM57,760, and the balance will be borne by the residents.

“The state government will stay committed to maintaining the various housing schemes in Penang,” Jagdeep said when he visited the flat yesterday (March 19).
