为了缓解苏洛温伯勒（Solok Van Praagh）一带常年水患的问题，槟州政府拨款37万8000令吉在该区进行排水系统提升计划，预计年杪竣工。 峇都兰樟区州议员王耶宗说，Solok Van Praagh住宅区位于低洼地区，因此经常面对水灾问题，为此槟州政府进行小型治水计划，即加宽及加深水沟，以及建设蓄水池，希望能缓解当地水灾问题。
