IN conjunction with the 2nd anniversary of Penang Design Village Outlet Mall and the Christmas celebrations, the mall is having the DVlicious Food Festival from Nov 23 till Dec 30, 2018.
The six-weekend festival will have more than 70 food and beverages stalls catering to the shoppers on every Friday to Sunday, 5pm onwards.
From award winning ‘Most Popular Stall in Penang Taste 2014’ competition, Penang QQ Char Koay Teow, roasted ‘Kambing Golek’, freshly made ‘Arabian Kebab’ to Malaysian traditional kuih ‘Dangai’, shoppers would definitely be spoilt for choice when it comes to food.
State exco member for Tourism, Culture, Heritage and Arts Yeoh Soon Hin said this when he launched DVlicious Food Festival- the largest food festival in South Seberang Perai District at Design Village Penang Outlet Mall on Nov 30.
Also present were assemblyman for Bukit Tambun Goh Choon Aik and chief operating officer of PE Land (Penang) Sdn Bhd, Andy Song Chung Boon.
To add merriment to the festival, there are also several entertainment programmes, which include musical theatre, live band performance, dance performance and others.
