Its chairman M. Segaran said that the annual event was held in collaboration with a total of 30 non-governmental organisations (NGOs).

“We will usually organise this event in the middle of the year, but this time around, it was held earlier due to the temple’s upcoming renovation.

“It is an honour for us, to have our Perai assemblyman Datuk Seri Sundarajoo, attend this event today,” Segaran said.
