Naveed and Chow having a friendly chat.

“The talent is great in Penang and our presence in this area signifies our investments into Malaysia, particularly Penang, for bringing more and more opportunities for employment.

“We are trying to build a hub for workers who can enhance their skills even further for new opportunities to expand in areas of the financial sector,” said Naveed.

Chow said Penang has generally bounced back well from the Covid-19 crisis and is working on getting the land ready to attract more investors.

“The manufacturing sector did well during the pandemic, but the tourism sector was greatly impacted and is starting to recover. With good investments, a lot of jobs have been created,” Chow said.
