Soon, who is also the state Youth and Sports Committee chairman, also advised the residents at Taman Dahlia not to throw rubbish into the drains.

Soon advised the residents at Taman Dahlia not to throw rubbish into the drains.

“One of the causes of flash floods was the dumping of garbage into drains.

“Therefore, I appeal to the residents here not to throw rubbish into drains and together with MBSP, maintain the cleanliness of our neighbourhood.

“After all, the change of mindset is important. They should know how to manage their general waste, such as bringing it to the recycling centres and not just throwing it into the drain,” he added.
