THE Sungai Ara Community Ambulance (SACA) has recently received some medical supplies from the Buddhist Tzu Chi Merits Society Malaysia (Penang).

The medical supplies included two suction machines and personal protective equipment comprising 3,000 pieces of N95 face masks and 5,000 pieces of gloves.

Buddhist Tzu Chi Merits Society Penang commissioner Datuk Khoo Boo Leong handed over the supplies to SACA.

SACA thanked Tzu Chi Penang for their unwavering support since the early days of its inception and other donors for their contributions in cash and kind.

SACA head of Ambulance Operations Raminder Singh said he hoped other Penangites could lend their support as well for its dedicated team of volunteers to continue providing free emergency ambulance service to Penangites.
