Zimbabwe team see opportunities in doing business with Malaysia, says Deputy Chief Minister 1

THE result of environment and political movement create an enthusiatic feeling for change for business representatives from Zimbabwe to be more aggressive in new opportunities in Malaysia.

“This echoed their business interest to find opportunities in Kuala Lumpur, Johore Bharu and also Penang,” Deputy Chief Minister 1, Datuk Ahmad Zakiyuddin Abdul Rahman told Buletin Mutiara when officiating the Malaysia-Zimbabwe Business Network (Myzim Biznet) Business Matching Session at St Giles Wembley Hotel in George Town this morning.

“Opportunities are everywhere. We are willing to work with representatives from Zimbabwe for them and also our investors to do business in our country of theirs,” Ahmad stressed.

The business matching session in Penang saw some 100 business representatives from Zimbabwe taking part in the two-day event, organised by Invest Penang.

Representatives from Invest Penang shared information like : Penang’s Talent Initiative (Preparing Talent for Initiative 4.0).

The representatives also briefed the Zimbabwe team on Penang Cat Centre, Penang Future Foundation, Scholarship Malaysia Master Program and Penang Affordable Housing during the hour-long question and answer session.

Before the Penang’s event, the Zimbabwe team also has a similar function in Johore Bharu.
