CHIEF Minister Chow Kon Yeow and his wife Tan Lean Kee today paid a courtesy visit on Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas on the first day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
Both Chow and Tan, clad in batik and traditional costume respectively, arrived at Governor’s official residence Seri Mutiara at about 10.30am and spent almost an hour with Abdul Rahman and his consort Toh Puan Majimor Shariff.
Accompanying Chow and Tan were State Secretary Datuk Seri Farizan Darus and his wife Datin Seri Hamidah Mat Daud.
Abdul Rahman, Chow and Farizan were seen chatting with each other while taking the time to enjoy the Raya delicacies.
Majimor also presented Raya gifts to Tan and Hamidah.
