SECONDARY school leavers from the Paya Terubong state constituency can apply for the SENTRAL Hope Scholarship to further their studies at the SENTRAL College Penang.
Paya Terubong assemblyman Yeoh Soon Hin said the college had offered three 50% scholarships under the SENTRAL Hope Scholarship to school leavers from Paya Terubong, especially those from the B40 community.
“The college hopes to assist students who need financial aid to further their studies.
“Those who are interested can contact my service centre,” Yeoh, who is also the state Tourism Development, Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee chairman, told a press conference today.
Yeoh thanked the college for its support and assistance.
