BUKIT Bendera MP Wong Hon Wai has expressed hope that the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme would resume soonest possible.

“Penang remains an attractive destination for foreigners who wish to reside in Penang under the programme.

“Currently, we have attracted more than 5,000 foreigners who are mostly staying in Batu Ferringhi, Tanjung Bungah and Pulau Tikus.

“These participants have chosen Penang because of its food, attractions and livability,” Wong told a press conference in Ladang Lada Village Community Management Council (MPKK) hall in Tanjung Bungah today.

Meanwhile at the press conference today, Passion 2 Wealth director Ooi Wai Loon hoped that the Government would provide what is best and fair to the people.

Passion 2 Wealth is an education consultancy company that is based in Penang.

Also present was Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (Rehda) Penang commitee member Datuk David Fong Chin Chong.
