Lighting up the spirit of Christmas

THE spirit of Christmas filled the air as media practitioners and bloggers were serenaded by the children from The Salvation Army Penang Children’s Home.

The invited guests gathered around a rose red centrepiece – a 3m-tall Christmas bunny – in front of The Granite Luxury Hotel building.

Skewered meat and refreshing nutmeg juice were served as pressmen and bloggers started their fun-filled evening listening to Christmas songs, sung by the children from the home.

M Summit Group managing director Datuk Albert Moh said this was The Granite Luxury Hotel’s first Christmas Lighting-cum-media night event.

“The year 2023 has been a very special year for us.

“In June, we won two Asia Pacific Property Awards. And in July, we received two Malaysia Book of Records for our pool and automated carpark.

“This month, we won two Luxury Lifestyle Awards.

“However, these awards are not possible without the support and efforts of everyone, especially our media friends.

“So, I want to dedicate this night to all of you!” he said in his speech this evening.

Later, Albert introduced the upcoming suites which are in the pipeline, namely, the Presidential Suite, Honeymoon Suite, Family Suite and Party Suite.

He also presented a token of appreciation to The Salvation Army Penang Children’s Home.

Also present were Group purchasing director Datin Jennifer Ong, Group general manager Moh Wei Ren and The Granite general manager Moh Wei Ken.
