MASVERSE Technologies Sdn Bhd and ADA Biotech Sdn Bhd inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to kickstart a collaboration towards environmental preservation and sustainability to promote green practices and innovation within local and regional communities.
In today’s world, where environmental consciousness is paramount, the need for sustainable and eco-friendly solutions has never been more critical.
Masverse chief marketing officer Richard Koay Seong Chuan said the partnership is a testament to the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the field of environmental sustainability.
“ADA Biotech’s innovative approach to producing rice straws as a biodegradable alternative to plastic straws aligns perfectly with our mission to support environmentally-friendly initiatives.
“Together, we aim to leverage our platform to ensure the traceability and authenticity of ADA Biotech’s rice straws, providing customers with a secure and transparent way to verify the environmental impact of their choices.
“By integrating our technology with ADA Biotech’s production process, we will not only enhance the credibility of their eco-friendly products but also contribute to reducing carbon emissions and plastic waste in our environment,” Koay said in his speech during the MoA signing at the Masverse office in Juru on Feb 19.
State Housing and Environment Committee chairman Datuk Seri Sundarajoo Somu lauded both parties for the new partnership and wished them success throughout the journey to unfold in the future.
Also present were Bukit Tengah assemblyman Gooi Hsiao Leung and ADA Biotech founder and chairman Tan Yeow Chuan.
